Nel 1993 giunge l'incarico da parte del Cen.Ser. S.p.A. del progetto di recupero e riuso di parte dei manufatti dell’ex zuccherificio di Rovigo insistenti su un'area di circa 90.000 mq. I finanziamenti, in gran parte provenienti dalla U.E., permettono la realizzazione di tre lotti: il Centro Mostre e le aree esterne; la torre uffici, il bar – ristorante- self service. Il Centro Mostre è situato in un edificio di 120 ml di lunghezza e 22 di larghezza, vincolato come archeologia industriale. Al suo interno sono stati realizzati due nuovi livelli e un'importante hall d'ingresso, caratterizzata da due rampe gradonate per l'accesso ai piani.
Back in 1993 Cen.Ser. entrusted us of the project and realization of the Rovigo Fair, to be located in a former sugar factory. The project has been based on keeping the buiding as a whole, building two concrete floors linked by two intertwined ramps. The whole site is 90.000 square meters: several buildings has to be recovered and endowed with different functions: exhibition spaces, restaurants, offices. The fair in itself is located in a 120x22 meters brick building. In the void where once there were all the machineries two floors connected by two intertwined ramps have been built.
